I recently needed a laptop for my grandson and since I've bought two computers from Brian already here on swap, went to him for a third.
Even though we had several issues due to shipping (damaged boxes, and one that obviously was dropped enough to crush the packing), Brian always worked with me 100% to get me what I had requested. Even when it came to technical questions, he has a wealth of knowledge and is quick to get back to your email inquiries.
I ended up with a very good, useful computer for my 10 year old grandson at a very good price. I appreciate everything that Brian went through to help me obtain this laptop.
I would definitely buy from Brian again, he's a good, honest person, selling refurbished computers here on swap.
