Need info about older antenna

Hi all, I have an old Moregain 75/40 antenna that I received from an old Ham now SK. I have been testing same after repairing several breaks in the wires. I need to determine where some of the jumpers should be to make this antenna resonate in the phone bands . the 40 meter section is good with highest swr at 1.6 at 7.300. The 75 section is not good has highs of 3 plus swr. Any ideas or address of Moregain or what? Thanks for any advice or answers. WA2JOB. :roll:
