Just completed a purchase from Donnie N4NCJ for a IC746. I had a issue with the internal auto tuner not working... I never asked about it before buying buying the rig. After I found out and asked, he said he never used it as he uses a external turner exclusively. I believe him!! With that being said, he was willing to work out a fair refund back to me to help with the repair and we are both happy!! I think he is good seller!! It seems one can never ask enough questions...... My bad..... I would buy it again even if I knew the tuner was faulty... It was that good of deal!!! Thanks to Donnie!! N4NCJ
