W4PIG Danny Ogles, Bad Deal
He lied about the condition and refuses to refund. This was his posting, "THIS SPEAKER IS LIKE NEW COMES IN ORIGINAL BOX NONE SMOKER $135.00 POSTAL MONEY ORDER THIS IS SHIPPED PRICE. NO PAY PAL NO TRADES 73." All sides of the SP-5 is covered with deep scratches and smoke film. Best to avoid this guy, trader's nets and online swap boards. Since it was paid with a postal money order, I have filed a mail fraud complaint with the Postal Inspection Service.

fellow hams that has had dealing with knows me. but the man forgot to tell you the whole story when he called he was cussing and rasising hell i dont have to put up with that i called back telling him how i would send him a check here he goes again cussing this speaker is 20 years old if he wants a new one he should buy a new one. his attitude is my reason for not refunding thats is all i got to say finished. i am not responding anymore to this anymore yall be the judge 73

And here's the admission, W4PIG's own words acknowledging the truth. When you're scammed, call them out.

Update, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service has assigned a case number for the fraud complaint. This guy lied to to make an extra 50 bucks on a small sale, do you think you will get full disclosure on anything he lists?
