I bought a Flex-3000 from W9CIN (Rich). What a class act! I had a little trouble, which Rich and I eventually isolated to power issues within my shack which caused the radio to act squirrelly!
Rich was quite willing to spend hours on the phone with me working it out, and had it been the radio, he would have paid to have it sent to Flex and fixed.
ABOVE and BEYOND and completely honest.
