I bought some old gear and it arrived not as advertised. It was advertised as working perfectly with no issues but it had many issues, so I asked for my money back. He was surprised but stepped up to the plate and offered to do this and I am grateful that he validated how I felt.
I was able to fix the rig with my elmer and friend so told him to cancel the refund. Unlike Peter, KK4PG, he stepped up to the plate and was genuinely sorry and offered a refund to make things square.
He restored my faith in hams and am very appreciative for that.
