I took his word. Cancelled my ad and sent $10.00 donation. Had two other buyers to call and I told them it was sold. Next day he sends me email saying:
"As luck would have it I found a FT-1000D for a little more money but no shipping. Sorry about the bother.

Bill W4WX I am sure is a nice guy and was upset that I canceled the purchase. A local seller had a better deal with no shipping required. I emailed Bill and explained the situation. Bill’s response email was vile and non-christen. My response was business and not personal. His complaint sounds like I put him into a lot of pain. Hummmm having to relist the AD? In my email I apologized for the inconvenience. His response was to curse me. I am not posting a copy of his email. If you want to see it email me. Bill, life is to short to play these games.
