ICOM 2200H Program Receive Freqs?

Post by W9LCL »

Trying to program some low freqs. (118.400) into my 2200. The receive range is supposed to be 118.00 to 174 or 176 MHz. When programming, the first digit is always 1 (as it should be). But when I turn the dial to set the second digit, that digit toggles between 2-3-4-5-6; in other words, no way to program anything below 120.000 or above 169.975. Undoubtedly operator error--can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? As usual, re-re-re-reading the manual hasn't helped. 73 to all. Tom W9LCL
