Share information regarding your recently completed deals with other ham operators. ONLY BUYERS AND SELLERS directly involved with the transaction can post in this forum. If you have a report of a scam by someone pretending to be a ham, please post in the Scammer Reports forum instead.

As previously posted by N8RT, here is essentially the same email response from the same "idiot/scammer!!!!

Here is the precise quote of the email I received:

Subject: TIMES MICROWAVE COAX
From: DARNELL LOCKSLEY <privatemailbox49>
To: [email protected]


HELLO DEAR...I HAPPEN TO COME ACROSS UR ADVERT ON WANTING TO
BUY THE AFOREMENTIONED "ITEM.IT" MIGHT INTEREST YOU TO KNOW THAT I HAVE THE
REQUESTED ITEM FOR SALE IN PARTS OR COMPLETE.WHY NOT GIVE ME A SWIFT RESPONSE
WHY OFFER LAST FOR THERE ARE OTHER PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS VYING FOR THE SAME
ITEM.SO LEAVE ME A NOTE TO SIGNIFY INTEREST.THANKS

In this email the "ITEM.IT" is the only link for which to respond. And, ditto the previously post by N8RT relative to "Tip-offs" that the email is a "scam"!!!

Know that these "scammers" are still very active to "rip-off" the unsuspecting.
I am just attempting to warn in advance those of you who have less experience in buying/selling on any sites!!!!
