It seems Joe Garrison has changed his call sign from W0IXE to K0TRT. He is still the same person that scammed at least 5 people here on qth.com classifieds. Joe, it has been a while but we are still waiting on our refunds for equipment never delivered. You changed your call sign why not change your character.

Joe Garrison has changed his call once again. W0IXE, then K0TRT and now WE0J. This is still the same old Joe Garrison who ripped off several people here on QTH.com. Just beware if you are considering buying equipment from him. AA4VI
