Found an MA5B for sale here on QTH.COM's classifieds. As as usual, it was CONUS or Pick Up Only. Well, I'm in Fairbanks. Alaska. An email asking if it could be shipped this direction provided a positive response, and every email I sent was promptly answered, and as the item was shipped USPS in two boxes, one arrived quickly and the other went on the "slow boat to Alaska". I recieved emails from W8JN with his concern for non-arrival. Well, Us KL7's are "used to" the slow arrival of packages from "lower 48" hi. It arrive after about 4 weeks, Both parcels packed tight and I am a happy KL7, and hope to get it up before the snow flies. I would be happy to "hoss trade' with Paul again anytime. Chuck,
Thanks for hanging in there with me. I feel bad for you guys in kl7 land. Fed Ex wanted $110 per box and USPS was cost efficient however they sent it to Mars and Russia prior to getting it to you. Enjoy your new toy and lets set up a schedule after you get it up and running. Remember to ground test it before you put it up 200 feet. Best 73 Paul w8jn
