N0YG stole my YAESU FT 950 Transceiver HELP

I listed on QTH my YAESU FT 950 for $1200 or trade for a Kenwood TS 2000 N0YG responded with I have a Kenwood TS 2000 It was agreed we both would ship Monday, January 23, 2013 I shipped UPS and he received and signed for my FT 950 on January 29,2013 I have not received his TS 2000 or any proof he ever shipped his Kenwood TS 2000 once he signed for my transceiver N0YG refused to reply to any of my communications Any help in the return of my Yaesu Ft 950 and saving the good name if Amateur Radio would be appreciated Thanks

N0YG responded to me offering to trade teh FT-950 he has in his possession for my radio...glad I saw this posting first....
So, evidently, he did in fact, NOT SHIP this radio to the rightful owner...

Well, sent emails to KO7T and no response. Noted that N0YG told me he could get X$ for the 950 and the trade he wanted to do with me, would require additional $ from me...yeah, that ain't happening. Noted that YG never posted that radio for sale either...probably for good reason....

:?: Since you have proof he signed for your rig, have you attempted to contact shipper & his local authorities. Wonder if either or both would be interested in his fraud, especially if you have emails to substantiate this.

Wonder if QTH has any suggestions?
