Regancy Bal-100 Amp

I have a Bal -100 Regancy Amp, I want to use it on my Icom 551 SSB Rig,
It will not stay latched down on SSB. any prints would help.

Regency was bought out by Relm and they dumpstered everything, I can sugguest try Manual Man or plug in the Make and model number & start searching.
