i am not familiar with computer/radio intergration . i have an older computer i am not using . i am wondering if anyone can use it for combining with their radio ? it is an older ast laptop . please email me at : n6kkk@arrl.net .. thx .. steve

I usually see laptops used for packet radio or Motorola radio programming, both very portable uses. For internet radio/repeater linking, typically desktops can handle the constant power/heat dissipation and stability this requires.
