F.C.C. lack of enforcement ...

I know that most hams do not give a hoot about CB or 11 meters but some of us do.
It is a cheap, easy, and reliable form of local communication and is connected to other people that enjoy the radio hobby and a good sorce of 'new' hams.

It is very disipointing that after severial people mailed the F.C.C letters of complaint, sent email messages, and phone calls directly to Riley H about a jerk that locked down his CB radio on channel 19 for over 4 months broadcasting talk radio nothing was done about it.
This was going on 24 hours a day 7 days a week not just once in a while.
The jerk was pissed off and doing it as intentional disruption to radio communications.
Now he on the radio laughing about it and cussing everyone out for complaining to the F.C.C.

His name is Don Winton and he lives at 1217 Stewart St in Corpus Christi, Texas 78418.

The F.C.C did nothing just as the jerk said they would do.
He was right and we the 'honest' folks were dead wrong about F.C.C. enforcement.
My respect of the F.C.C. is at an all time low.

It is sad when government employes will not get off their fat behinds and do the job they are paid to do but I guess that is the direction all government is going.

What is the point...

Why is this CB issue posted here? This had nothing to do with ham radio. It has been abundently clear, for years, that the FCC has given up on enforcing anything on the HF CB band. Why complain on this Forum?
