just bought a don't know what. I'm pretty sure part of it is a home brew amplifier. It is 6ft tall, has 4 sections . Top section is the amplifier and has 2 813 tubes with coils and a plug in coil. Bottom section is the power supply. It has 2 transformers one is about 4 inches square and the other is about 1 ft square. Beside the large transformer are 2 ceramic tube holders, but no tubes, I assumes they are rectifier tubes. It also came with a 250th tube, but I don't know where that one goes yet. This is a home brew item.
Since the amplifier is using 2 813 tubes could you guess what wattage input it might.
I haven't figured out what the 2 middle units are. TNX

A BC-610 should have: 1 @ 6L6; 2 @ 2A3; 2 @ 5Z3; 1 @ 6V6; 2 @ 807; 2 @ 100TH; 1 @ 250TH; 2 @ 866A; and 3 @ 0D3.

Does the rig look like it's been hacked?

I'm thinking it may be a vintage home-brew HF CW (and AM) rig because of the 813's. The 250TH was a popular WW II-era output tube.

If you want more help, just drop me a line. We could work on the external appearance, etc.
