I would like to get some of yor opinions of what a mint peice of ham gear is supposed to be.
This is my opinion, 1st ,NO scratches that means NONE.2nd NO touched up places NONE!. 3rd comes with oridginal box's and MANUALS. if i am wrong on this please tell me what mint means.

What is "MINT"
What you are describing is often called "LNIB" = "Like new in Box"
Mint normally is applied to the condition of the equipment itself and should mean that the equipment is in "as new" condition but has in fact been used.
This and similar expressions are used totally incorrectly more often than not.
As you stated, the equipment should have no marks, be in perfect working order in all respects etc.
I would much rather hear of the real condition of the equipment so I can form a realistic opinion of what I am getting.
