Looking for tower help in west Florida

I need a tower climber who can remove a three-element SteppIR from a 40-foot tower and put it on a 100-foot tower. The 100-foot Rohn 45 has a Force12 520-340 beam that needs to be removed to make room for the SteppIR. I will trade the Force beam for doing the transfer. I am in Crystal River, FL. AL7HG.
