K9LU Bulldog keys, stilll in business?

I was wondering if anyone knew if he is still in business? His site took my PayPal order but there is no response from emails , nor two phone messages that I left him on his home phone listed on his website , when I call the other toll free number listed it now goes to a Dental Office. I am thinking he is not in operation anymore. Appreciate any help before I contact PayPal for a refund, thanks, 73 Jim N0XE
PS if anyone has a Bulldog key for sale I would like to find the one with the magnetic base.
