Patch between Icom components?

Post by KC0LTC »

I purchased the Icom 725 used by my Elmer, now SK, then purchased peripherals to match. I found the PS 55 power supply as well as the AT 150 tuner, but neither came with any connecting cords, and quite honestly, I'm not even sure what to ask for.

Can anyone tell me what I should be shopping for, or where?

Tx.

the typical power lead from power supply would be #12 or #10 black and red wire.. 2 conductor.. with connectors to fit the ends. Power supply may have screw on posts that just use the bare ends of wire.

between radio and tuner just a short piece of coax ...rg58 or rg58x.. l they are both flexible,rg8 size if you have room for a bigger loop as its stiff. lmr 400 etc is the 1/2 inch thick stuff.
I don't know if the tuner is automatic then there may be a control cable. ..

you will have to study the schematics to figure that one out. Again proper end connectors and #16 wire should be large enough for control circuits. ..

schematics are the answer to most questions.
