what is highest serial no...the 4th number in serial number is build year was the last year 8 -9--or 0

I have had about 10 or more of them and the last new one I had was about two years ago and it had a 0208XXX serial number. I am not even sure that Icom uses the year in their number. I know Yaesu does and Kenwood uses the Number of the production year but I am not sure about Icom.
