CDE Rotor

Post by WB8JBG »

We had a very sever wind and rain storm here last week. It appears tha my antenna has been turned 180 degrees. (control box says north, antenna is pointing south) any way I can correct this without climing the tower? Tnx. The control box is a CDE.

There is no way I know of the recalibrate the rotor controller to compensate for that. And you really should climb the tower to attend to the problem. If it turned in the wind once, it will do it again, and you'll never be able to track where the antenna is.
