Post it on QTH.com Classified. Example:
WANT TO TRADE for PC
I have a XXXXX radio in XXXXX condition that I would like to trade for a XXXX PC. The radio is (describe). The PC I am looking for is (describe). Please email or call if interested.

I never thought to get back and reply to my "how to trade question".
It worked just fine.
There was a Ham on the west cost, that wanted the Icom IC-901A and all the accessories I had for it, and made the trade for the UMPC I wanted.
