Nigeria Scam ****BEWARE*****

Sellers beware!!!!!!! There are many scams originating in Nigeria that are under investigation at this time; here is another. I had items forsale here and was contacted by "erik anthony" who uses "email2me.com" for his email. He told me he was sending me a certified check for an amount far greater than my sale price for my items and wanted me to wire him back the balance after his "contact" here picked up the items in person for shipping. He sent me a certified check drawn from a bank in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. which I'm sure is a fake. He has sent at least 3 emails requesting that I send him the difference right away. This is most certainly a scam and sellers should be aware. Too bad these crooks have found their way into our site! I will update this feedback if anything more developes. 73   [/b]

I think it would be fun to play along with him. Make him spend his hard earned money to mail you the check. Then tear it up and throw it in the garbage. :)
