Unbuilt Heathkit HD-1422 Noise Bridge

Hi gang! I've a never built, all seems to be there HD1422, no manual on paper but I do have a pdf of the manual. Everything is in like new condition. Interestingly, the newspaper wrapping on the variable cap has a 1988 date so this thing has been kicking around for a long time now. What is a fair price for one of these?
