Below is an email I received in reply to an ad I ran on QTH for a Yaesu amplifier. This is the second time this thief has tried to scam me using different calls. He currently is using "2e1dhl". Western Union payment and a g-mail address is always a dead give away!

"This amplifier covers 160m to 10m inc 30, 17 and 12m

It has been thoroughly checked out, tubes, 2x572Bs, 600/700 watts
output.still in Good Condition,Perfectly OK,and i will be asking 300$
including the shipping and insurance to your doorstep,i will need your
complete home address and Phone Number to process with the shipping,My
Mode of payment is Via western union,As soon as Money is Transfer i
will package and ship and i will email you with the shipping tracking
information,Thanks and Hope to hear from you soon"

Just received another reply to my want ad. This time the thief is using a bogus ea7fuh@gmail.com. These people never quit!! Seems like it never fails...everytime something good like QTH exists, there are those who ruin it for everyone. [/b]

"Hello
I am contacting you regarding your wanted advert, How you still
interested in buying this item.. I have it still in good working
condition and in perfect order. Good price is accepted, if you are
interested in buying from me. Let me know your price as well as the
your shipping contact address for shipping to your home. And i will
get back to you with details. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
