Has anyone had contact with Technical Specialist LLC lately?

I was wondering because I sent a FT-101 to them for repair on 5/25/11 and have not heard anything from them. I know that's not a long time but when you call their voice mail is full and they don't answer E-Mails either. No word of vacation or they will be out of the shop for awhile on their website. :?:

I want to thank everyone for their patience during the past month. In addition to a very large number of equipment that came in at once from another repair center that closed it's doors forever, I was burdened by some utility problems as well. The telephone interface has been replaced as well the the breaker box. AC unit was just serviced and given a clean bill of health.

Currently, lag time is about 10 days and hopefully will be back to normal soon.

It's just scarey these days with companies going out of business overnight. I hope I'm just paranoid. 8)

Lee contacted me via E-mail today and said his phone system is messed up. So everything is fine and I'm glad! :lol:

Did you get your radio back?

Just wondering if you ever got your radio back? I too sent mine out in May and still has not been returned. Emails are slow and vague. Last I heard from them was almost a month ago.
