I recently bought an ARRL gift certificate from Joe but had a problem when I tried to use it. I emailed Joe...and he immediately said he would straighten it out or refund my money. He later called and left a VM telling me to contact the ARRL and mention my name...I did...and the problem had been handled and I completed my order. It was a real pleasure to do business with Joe and I wish him the best. Thanks again Joe...and 73...Sam W8VVE
