My name is Bill and call is KØWLU.
I purchased a Drake DL-1000 dummy load from CARLOS ROIG

USA .......on qth.com / classifieds
I sent a check to Carlos which was accepted by my bank 20 days ago.
I waited and heard nothing.
I emailed Carlos, using the email address we made the purchase with..........email came back to me...no such address
I used qrz email address for Carlos....many times....No response!
I found that Carlos had radios for sale on qth.com classifieds, two days ago.
There in, was a new email address....I emailed him....no response.
It has been 20 days since the check arrived and was accepted by my bank.
Can anyone, perhaps a friend, reach Carlos and have him take care of this matter? Does anyone have his phone number.
