I had a Diamond SX-200 for sale on QTH.com and after several inquiries from different hams, who were only 'tire-kicking' , I received an e-mail from Bill. He simply stated that if the meter was still available he would take it. He sent PayPal payment in short-order and I shipped out the meter next day with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back. Bill was kind enough to email me to let me know that he received the meter and all was fine. Great communications from Bill and I would not hesitate to do business with him at any time. As for the 'tire-kickers' , however, I have my reservations.
