The short version of my story is I placed an order for a mobile mount. I had selected UPS ground shipping (the cheapest option listed). I was charged $8.95 for shipping. Later I received an email stating the order shipped USPS Priority mail flat rate small box. This shipping method only costs $4.95 retail (less when purchased online). I made a couple requests to get a credit for the difference in shipping charges and all I was told is that they "upgraded" my shipping.
Bottom line: theantennafarm.com will gladly over charge you and think they did you a favor.
Here is the actual email thread, I have removed the email headers, extra space, etc... for easier reading.
