a little advise
This seems to be running rampant so what I would suggest to everyone is check the qrz profile of the person posting and send a email via qrz or at least look to see if the emails are the same from the qth post and on qrz. The scammers can't have access to the email on qrz. I did this little trick the other day on a AL 1200 deal and found out it was one to good to be true and got a response from the real owner of the call sign saying its a scammer. There really should be some sort of verification in posting ads via the qrz email address on file or something to that effect. What the con artists are trying to do is put the price so low but not to low that its such a great deal you will buy it fast and you don't think about really whats going on.
