EMAIL, POSSIBLE SCAM FROM "BILLIE FOX"

Post by W9DMW-2 »

:?: Unsure if this was a scam or not, But got the typical I am a buyer for some company, With the usual non-sence questions. No mention of the item he was interested in, And what was the asking price, All my ad's have the price clearly stated in them all. Just a heads up, I believe it is a SCAMBONI.......... Best to be safe, I have blocked his emails and reported it as spam.

I had the same exact dealings. I do not deal with buyers who are not Amateur Radio Operators. He did not reply with a CALLSIGN. Wants to ask too many questions which are already explained in the ad.

SCAMMER OR CON TO RIPOFF SELLERS.
