Going into the second month of a NEW YEAR and KE4ZRJ still does not respond to my emails and has not paid for the TS 430s I sent him last June or returned the radio. Seems strange that a ham would treat another ham this way, but I guess there are guys out there that just don't care. Maybe one day his conscience or his wife will get to him and he will settle his debt to me. Dick WA4WIP
