Bought an IC-746 Pro from Bob & picked it up at his home, drove back to my QTH, anxiously set up radio, went to hook up the power ..one glitch...neither of us checked the power cord...& by "dumb luck" I didn't get the correct cord...
WELL.... when I informed Bob he was very apologetic & offered to meet half way and deliver it but I was OK with him shipping the right one, he did so the next morning USPS Priority Mail & enclosed a paid return label to send him back the wrong one!!!!!!
WOW ... & Oh By The Way the radio's great too.....
