BEWARE: INTERNATIONAL RADIO SERVICE FT PIERCE FLORIDA

Post by expat »

For Info to all: Today, after almost 6 months, I was surprised to receive my Atlas 210 which I had sent to Mark Thomas, International Radio Service of Ft. Pierce Florida. There was a crudely scribbled note falsely claiming he had been waiting for my permission to work on my radio?? Fact is, my radio has been laying idle in his house all this time. I have documentation of all the emails, faxes, and phone calls I made to him, most all ignored. The Ft Pierce Police dept informed me that he has been in Tennessee for months, planning a relocation, with no communication to his clients. I suspect it was the written notice that I had filed a case with the Florida Dept of Consumer affairs that finally caused the return of my radio. It was shipped back UPS in a box without any packing on the bottom, just the thin cardboard. I would strongly advise against doing business with this irresponsible person.
