They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa!! They're coming to take me away, ho-ho, hee-hee, ha-haaa!!! To the funny farm. Where life is beautiful all the time...
Gary, I'd have to agree with you. The changing of the callsigns on a yearly basis would have had me suspicious right from the start, especially as you had mentioned, the changes in callsign were for different call areas, (Sead has emailed me and explained that the reason for the different callsigns had to do with contesting, and that his name and address has stayed constant over that period. I did explain to Sead that he should put that in his QRZ bio so it doesn't look like he is just being a slickster, so you say, what difference does that make, maybe he changes his call each time he steals from someone, but I believe if that were the case, he would not have all of his different callsigns listed on his QRZ bio for anyone to look them up to check out his past). Since haven't dealt with this guy personally, or had any problems with him. IMHO, for that kind of money, Sead or anyone else would have to live close enough for me to deal with in person.

It apears my buddy has now relisted the ICOM 7700 on Ebay.
He's changed his ID as noted by the "changed ID in last 30 days" button beside his new ID, but his rating is 89, the same as his old ID and the start price and "Buy it Now" price are the same as the last time he listed them.

I suspect this thread has done its job for the other users of QTH since he has resorted to changing his idenity and selected Ebay to sell the radio.
Since he has 1 bid on the radio, it should be sold. Ebay does not allow bidders to contact one another any more to protect each other so I'll sure remember than when using Ebay for purchases.
