Kevin Miller - KD8BLU - BEWARE

In his ad he described an Icom IC-02AT, but he delivered an ICOM IC-2AT. The IC-2AT is a much older and limited model walkie-talkie. Seller responded that there were no "Refunds/Warranty" specified in his ad. All future Buyers please BEWARE of his inadequate and possible deceptive description in all his possible future classified ads in this and other ham radio forums. - Jose - KP4BM.

Looks like Jose maybe was expecting a 02 but the ad never implies other than a 2t.

No, that was NOT the classified ad I responded to. Furthermore, all email communications, including the U.S. Postal Money Order, clearly indicated an IC-02AT and NOT a IC-2AT.

The truth of the matter is that potential future buyers and sellers are now AWARE of Kevin Miller - KD8BLU and hist tactics. Thanks.
