I bought an Icom 746 from Martin and it is just as he said it was. He shipped it on time and packed it very good. He is an honest person and communicates well by e-mail and phone. I would buy from him again with no worries.

Martin tried to pawn that "NON SMOKER' No issue 746 on me. When I opened the box I about fell over from the cigarette smoke stench !!! I emailed him back instantly and all he could say was sorry, "spray fabreeze on" it. He agrees to refund my money and then expects me to eat the shipping on his ash tray............More emails back and forth. He agrees he should pay me for return shipping, then one hour later he locks up my PayPal account under comments it says " failed to ship" This was on a Sunday mind you.
A complete waste of time and energy.

I don't know about Martin's previous sale to you but the 746 I bought from him is clean, works great and does not smell of smoke. I looked him up on the feed back section here before I contacted him and he had some very good feed backs posted about him.
The 746 I got from him must not be the one he sent to you. So my dealings with him were very good.
