There is an ad on the swap page #694652
A Joe Palmer is wanting to swap an Dell desktop PC
for whatever.
Caveat Emptor
He already has a handheld scanner that we were going to swap for
a laptop he says he dropped and broke and never sent, but also said
he would send back the handheld and never did.
WATCH OUT
Joe Palmer is a LIAR / THIEF / SCAMMER

Joe Palmer is a dishonest person.
I sent him a $60.00 money order for a DX 160 receiver he had advertised for sale on QTH.com,
He cashed the money order and I never received my receiver.I posted this situation on the feedback forum.
This guy needs to be arrested!
