Did some research on this fellow (still have friends in IRS in Fl) Has now had my TS 570 since 22 Sep 2003, only one reply from him on 8 Oct stating repairs would be made in 2-3 weeks. Mailed a request by ceritfied mail, return receipt requested, to return unit ASAP if no work has been started.. Seems like Scott would put some pressure on this fellow, if he can get replys back in one day from him, to at least clear up the mess posted here. I have a lot of Delta Skymiles, a flight to Fl would not cost me a thing.
