KI4M, Shane is exceptionally honest and is a real gentleman. My recent purchase of an FT-920 from him went smoothly from my first contact. He was prompt in getting back with me. He described the rig accurately and honestly as being in exceptional condition and it is . His shipping was prompt. He went the extra mile to ship the rig in an extra third box to protect the original factory cartons. He has been accessible for a few questions I have had about operation of the radio since I received it. He is a very caring young but knowledgable ham. It has been a pleasure to get to know him from a distance.
