Filament Transformer for Kenwood TL-922
Does anyone know where you can get a filament transform for a Kenwood TL-922 amp?

There is a guy with a QTH.com listing that indicates he rebuilds transformers. Seems like the best way to go.
RE: kENWOOD tl-922a FILIAMENT TRANSFORMER
JUST ANY OLD TRANSFORMER WILL NOT WORK HERE !! ! THE SPECIAL TRANSFORMER HERE HAS SEVERAL WINDINGS AND IS REALLY BURIED IN THE AMPLIFIER. I HAVE CHANGED SEVERAL OF THEM AND IT IS A FUN JOB. THEY USUALLY GO OUT WHEN A PARASITIC DEVELOPES, THE ZENIER DIODE BLOWS WITH A LOUD SNAP, THE TRANSFORMER SMOKES AND THE AMP GOES WILD. IN ONLY SECONDS THE FILAMENT TRANSFORMER IS DESTROYED. GOOD LUCK.
