KB3IMD not trustworthy

Blake Thurman Lynch KB3IMD is not trustworthy, I made a deal with him to trade a radio and tuner. after packing to his specs, and spending $30 on packing materials, he tells me that he no longer wants to honor our deal. I have tryed to get him to tell me why, and he wont even respond to me. poor comunications on his part
