I recently finished a great transaction with Jimmy Burns, WD4DOK for an Icom 220 Mhz HT. The unit was as advertised and packaged very securely.
Jimmy kept me informed through emails and accepted a telephone call about the HT from me.

He offered me a full guarantee without me having to ask for one and stated that if I wasn't satisfied for ANY reason, to send the unit back for a full refund. WOW!
