great dealer for a change

I purchased 3 battery inserts from battery tech inc out of hicksville ny at the shelby n.c.hamfest this year.i opened only 1 of the batteries and bought 3 of the same battery inserts but as it turned out i should have opened the other battery up as the inserts were different in them than the bp8 i opened.so i called batt tech and explained my situtation to them and they had me ship the 2 inserts back to them and they replaced my order with exactly what i needed at no charge and they didnt even charge me for shipping or restocking.ill be buying all my future batteries from them as their customer service is second to no ones.just thought you guys might like to know how i was treated.
