KR4MT Beware #2???

I also sent him a Postal MO on 3/17/07 for the radio he advertised. He did not acknowledge receipt but the US Postal Service stated it was cashed on 3/30/07. I have emailed him at three different adr's but they were all returned. I sent two certified letters. I called the phone listed in the ad with no luck just hangups and finally the answering machine picked up and I left a message with no response. So far the radio has not arrived! I also must conclude that I was ripped off. Just like the other ham. I have not taken the time to look for other items he might have for sale on qth.com but just BEWARE!

WA9KOD was the radio he sold you an FT 840? I'll bet it was. I have filed an internet fraud criminal complaint against him. Let me have your e-mail address and maybe we can coordinate our efforts. My e-mail is good on qrz. Jerry, N7WR
