Beware?? KR4MT

Sent him a MO over a month ago for a radio he had advertised. He acknowledged receipt of it by e-mail. My bank confirms it was cashed. His last e-mail to me stated he would ship on 3/24. It is now 4/12 and radio has not arrived. No answers to any of my e-mails. Did not supply tracking # as promised. Left a phone message on an answering machine (generic answer message with no ID) and have had no response. Must conclude I got ripped off. Beware as he has other items still for sale on qth.com
