Received an exceptionally fine xcvr w/ manual and all accesories today from Robin.Everything was double-boxed and had also been idividually wrapped in bubble pack prior to shipping. The condition of the unit was even better than I had envisioned and it arrived in a timely manner. Honest guy who takes care of business and is very easy to talk to.I would most definitely buy again from this ham! 73
