Ralph recently posted an antenna here. I called him and based on the call, I sent a money order. He e-mailed me back that he had gotten the money and would ship the antenna immediately and e-mail the tracking info. He was too good as the boxes with the antenna arrived before the e-mail. I purchased a Yaesu FT-1000D from Ralph and it arrived well packed and just as he had described it. The entire transaction went smoothly and Ralph made several long distance calls to me to keep me advised as the sale progressed. I would highly recommend W9RIG!
